Explicit saving transmits your name, confirmed account email, question, account ID, receipt ID and timestamps, status and consent version, to process and respond to your request. Do not include identity documents, financial credentials, third-party personal data or confidential documents.

Inquiries are stored in Supabase in Sydney, Australia; Vercel serves the application. This involves processing outside Russia. Access is restricted to the author and explicitly enrolled operators. Email notifications are not connected. Saving does not confirm reading or a response deadline.

For deletion requests, provide the receipt number without passwords or documents. Automatic retention expiry is not configured. Before commercial launch, the operator must approve retention periods and applicable legal grounds. If you do not consent to storage in the service, contact the operator directly by email.
