Availability is not approval
An installment application form shows a process exists. It does not confirm that a particular property or foreign buyer qualifies. Request the precise seller offer in writing.
Understand the timeline
Ask about deposit, installments, interest or fees, final payment, ownership transfer, possession and who carries maintenance expenses before transfer. Record promotion expiry and any approval deadlines.
Understand failure scenarios
Ask what happens after a missed payment, whether amounts are refundable, whether early repayment is permitted and how disputes are handled. Have the actual agreement reviewed before signing.
Compare total cost
Compare the total cash paid and timing against a cash alternative. Include legal review, upkeep and the opportunity cost of delayed access; do not compare monthly installments alone.
