Start with your buyer mandate
Set a total budget, preferred areas, intended use, timing and ownership requirements. Separate must-have conditions from preferences. A low asking price alone does not make an asset suitable.
Identify the exact asset
Record the seller asset ID, project, building, unit, area and title reference. Keep the source URL and the date observed. Resolve differences between documents and listings before comparing prices.
Confirm the gates
Request current price and availability, foreign ownership feasibility, possession, inspection access, liabilities and payment terms. A missing field stays unknown; a published general promotion does not confirm buyer approval.
Model and decide
Compare similar units and include buyer transaction costs, inspections, renovation and contingency. Use the catalog as research input, then obtain current professional and seller confirmation before committing money.
